Painting this was so much fun....really enjoyed mixing all the colors in the white fir and it all just seemed to go together. I think it was so enjoyable because the white china in the last painting; the still life, was such a struggle at times. I love the way his face looks so friendly and his eyes look so sweet. I took the pictures of the Rocky Mountain Goat when we visited sort of an outdoor wildlife park in South Dakota last year. The place was called Bear Country USA, and was a great place to take pictures of animals. I'm probably going to paint this guy again, only a different pose. Thanks for looking today.
