This kind of artwork sometimes serves as a little break from doing the technical renderings. Sometimes I have to just stop with the small brush stuff and have a little fun! I used inks, encaustics and acrylics. Can't believe how interesting this came out, so much texture and little nuances to the little piece of art.Somehow, this painting reminds me of our old pond. I really enjoy all of the surprises with this kind of work, actually it's kind of addictive! My daughter loved this so it belongs to her now! Thanks for looking.
